About Expo City Dubai
Expo City Dubai is the master developer behind Dubai's permanent innovation district, built on the legacy of Expo 2020 Dubai, which welcomed over 24 million visitors from October 2021 to March 2022. Established as the Expo City Dubai Authority under UAE Law No. 14 of 2022, signed by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Authority oversees Expo City as a free zone and master-develops residential communities, Grade-A offices, innovation ecosystems, and cultural and events spaces — all guided by a commitment to sustainability. Positioned in Dubai's growth corridor, Expo City supports the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and forms a key hub on the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. The district is now home to major corporate headquarters (DP World, Siemens), government innovation programs, museums, and a growing residential population, with a curated pipeline of off-plan launches from major developers including Emaar.
